The 2026 Youth Conference will be held in Saratoga Springs, NY at the Holiday Inn from March 9-11.
Payment or Invoice Form must be completed to secure your spot for the Conference.

- To pay by credit card, proceed to the Payment Page after completing the form below.
- To pay by invoice, CLICK HERE and complete the invoice form. You will then receive a coupon code via email (it is also on the invoice form) to complete the registration process. Fill out the registration form below, then use the coupon code on the payment page.

In order to have accurate registration information, all attendees must complete the form below themselves.
If your organization has filled out an invoice request for multiple people, each person must use the invoice coupon code and their own email address to complete registration.
Please follow all instructions or you will not be correctly registered.
Cancellation Policy:
NYATEP strictly adheres to the following cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations before February 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between February 2 through February 11, 2026 will be charged a $100 fee. If you cancel anytime between February 12 through March 11, 2026, you will be charged the full cost of the registration.
