NYATEP's Youth Practitioners Conference annually welcomes hundreds of workforce professionals working with young adults from across New York. This event is a unique opportunity to educate our colleagues from across the northeast about the latest research and best practices in assisting young adults, provide inspiration to the front-line staff helping our most vulnerable youth, and help programs from across the state network to collectively problem-solve. We hope you will join us for another year of dynamic presentations and engaging professional development!

Workshops & Presentations
Each year, NYATEP puts a call out to our network for conference breakout sessions. Submit your proposal before the deadline of January 30th to be considered. This year's conference topics are:
- Building skills (programs, provocations, and best practices to help youth and young adults develop technical, digital, transferable/essential skills)
- Building systems (collaborative models and new thinking on connecting K-12, postsecondary, and workforce initiatives through funding, data, case management, or otherwise)
- Building pathways (initiatives and ideas around more effective secondary to postsecondary transitions, school to work transitions, and effective provider/employer partnerships)
- Building community (new models and concepts around helping youth and young adults survive and thrive through mentorship, access to wraparound services, peer connections, and more)
