Across two cohorts, 42 participants deepened their understanding of evolving labor market needs by focusing on career coaching, analysis, leadership, and partnerships.
Driving Learning, Dialogue & Innovation Through Webinars
LevelUp hosted seven webinars that brought together workforce professionals, advocates, and partners to discuss emerging challenges and opportunities. Topics ranged from clean energy to AI, childcare, supporting military veterans and their families, and data storytelling.
In 2025, LevelUp webinars engaged 242 participants in sessions that created accessible entry points for learning, sparked critical conversations, and supported practical application across the field.
Strengthening Connections Across the Workforce System
In addition to structured learning, LevelUp prioritized relationship-building. The Workforce Academy for Policy & Advocacy Networking Event in March 2025 brought together 25 participants, reinforcing peer connections and fostering collaboration beyond the classroom.
