"RaQuise Jones started working with T & D Delivery as an assistant delivery person through the SYEP Program. He assisted the Amazon Driver with local deliveries. After the SYEP Program ended on September 30, 2021, RaQuise was offered a position with Product Integration and Manufacturing (another company owned T & D Delivery) as an entry level machinist. He was offered this position because of his exemplary work ethic and dedication. He obtained a permanent position earning $15 an hour."

"Niagara County E & T would like to feature a group of youth as our success story for 2021. Photo top left to right and bottom left to right: Mikkel Howard, Jose Marrero-Santiago, Anthony Feagin, Jazmyne Robins, JaRius Rios, Malik Townsend, Michael Drinks, Edmund Passero, and Enrico Fuentes. This group of young men worked at The Connection where they learned and performed many tasks including building and maintaining community gardens, cleaning, cooking, and creating art to promote bike safety. We are most proud of the outreach, research and presentation they did in conjunction with Niagara University and the Niagara Falls Health Equity Task Force about how to increase the vaccination rate for young people and get kids involved in COVID19 advocacy. This information will be shared with local school districts. Great teamwork!"
