Dutchess County Workforce Board Hosts 2024 Childcare Summit

On June 25, the Dutchess County Workforce Board conducted a childcare summit which brought together the local Senators, the County Executive, Department of Child and Family Services, NYSDOL, Community Based Organizations, Community College and so many more for a look at different solution based ways to fix the childcare issues that are affecting the region. It was an incredibly powerful room of people looking to help create change! NYATEP was honored to be a part of the conversations and looks forward to helping make incremental changes that will not only impact Dutchess County but the entire state on a hot topic issue.
