NYATEP’s Workforce Development Conference is the premier annual convening of workforce professionals across New York State. This three-day event features compelling keynote addresses and plenary sessions, engaging and informative workshops, and opportunities to connect with and learn from practitioners, policymakers, and other partners. Please join us in Albany this October as we come together to improve practices and advance policies that support New York’s workers, jobseekers, and employers.

NYATEP is now accepting presentation proposals for the 2025 Workforce Development Conference! We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and insightful sessions that highlight best practices, emerging trends, and impactful strategies shaping the future of workforce development in New York State and beyond. This is an opportunity to share your expertise, inspire your peers, and contribute to advancing workforce solutions.
