Prep Session
There will be a pre-recorded prep session where we will share out the meeting assignments, talking points, and how to conduct effective legislative meetings.  Stay tuned for the recording link. Attendees who register will receive the link in their email inbox.

Please have each person from your organization register individually. The hotel block is now closed. We recommend the following hotels if you need a place to stay:

** Please note that meetings are subject to change depending on the Legislators' availability the day of the event.  We will make sure to keep you informed with any scheduling changes that occur.

*Parking (NYATEP is not covering parking costs- please park wherever you can). Be sure to through Security at the NYS Capitol OR Legislative Building Entrances.
8:30 AM Arrive at LOB 711A (NYATEP Headquarters for the day!)
8:45 AM Welcome & Senator Persaud’s Greeting; Special note from our event sponsors at Metrix Learning and NYCETC
9:00 AM Meet as a Group & Decide on Team/ Meeting Leads
9:30 AM Leave for Meetings 
12:00 PM Lunch is Served in 711A - boxed Lunches are provided
3:15 PM-4:00 PM Return to 711A for a debriefing and next steps
