The 2024 Youth Conference will be held in Saratoga Springs, NY at the Holiday Inn on March 11, 12, and 13.
Payment must be completed to secure your spot for the Conference. Reminder: Space is limited! To pay by credit card, proceed to the Payment Page after completing the form below.
To pay by invoice, CLICK HERE and complete the invoice form. You will then receive a coupon code via email to complete the registration process. Each person attending the conference must register individually using the coupon code provided via email. Fill out the registration form below, then use the coupon code on the payment page.

In order to have accurate registration information, all attendees must complete the form below themselves. If your organization has filled out an invoice request for multiple people, each person must use the coupon code that was given to you upon form completion.
Please follow all instructions or you will not be correctly registered.
Cancellation Policy:
NYATEP strictly adheres to the following cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations before February 1, 2024 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between February 2 through February 11, 2024 will be charged a $100 fee. If you cancel anytime between February 12 through March 13, 2024, you will be charged the full cost of the registration.
