We are thrilled to have Michele Armani, Ready4Real Education Outreach Consultant at ETS, Inc., and Rob Price, Senior Design Consultant and Creative Director, Price Design NYC. Although the session will be focusing on SYEP all youth program providers are welcomed to attend!

MEET THE PANELISTS
Michele Armani (she/her)
Ready4Real Education Outreach Consultant at ETS, Inc.
Michele Armani (she/her) has been an educator for 30 years working with students from pre-K through college and has enjoyed every part of her career. She currently serves as Executive Director with Ready4Real/ETS. In this role, she works with a team to provide professional skills development and career exploration coursework throughout Northern New York. In addition to WIOA In School Youth programming, the R4R team runs Ready4Work: Youth Internships, Ready2Create: technical skills training for careers in manufacturing, and Managing Your Resources: a series of workshops entering for individuals entering training or re-entering the workforce. Michele is a Permanently Certified New York State Teacher and a nationally certified Master Health Education Specialist (MCHES). As a fan of life long learning, she recently earned her certification as a CASAC, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. Michele enjoys yoga, gardening, reading, and living the Nordic life in the Adirondacks with her husband Richard. They have four adult children Catherine, Abraham, Alexander, and Madeline and Kehlani, our sweet ‘granddaughter’ whom they all adore.
Rob Price (he/him)
Senior Design Consultant and Creative Director, Price Design NYC
Rob Price (he/him) has spent his career growing global brands and designing products that improve people’s daily lives. As a Senior Fashion Design Director, he has worked for some of the world's most respected companies, including Michael Kors and Coach. Currently, he serves a branding/design consultant, focusing on innovative solutions and sustainable strategies, for a range of startups and growing brands. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two kids. He graduated from Pratt Institute for Industrial Design.
