The 2023 Youth Forum will be held in Saratoga Springs, NY at the Holiday Inn on March 14, 15, and 16.
Payment must be completed to secure your spot for the Forum. Reminder: Space is limited! To pay by credit card, proceed to the Payment Page after completing the form below. To pay by invoice, click the invoice button below and complete the invoice form. You will then receive a coupon code via email to complete the registration process. Each person attending the conference must register individually using the coupon code provided via email. Fill out the registration form below, then use the coupon code on the payment page.

In order to have accurate registration information, all attendees must complete the form below themselves. If your organization has filled out an invoice request for multiple people, please see the email for the coupon code to bypass payment so that each person can register themselves.
In past events, registration has been confusing for some, so we are asking that each attendee register individually.
Cancellation Policy:
NYATEP strictly adheres to the following cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations before February 3, 2023 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between February 4 through February 14, 2023 will be charged a $100 fee. If you cancel anytime between February 15 through March 16, 2023, you will be charged the full cost of the registration.
