Governor Hochul unveiled the 2023-2024 Executive Budget last week. After a preview in the State of the State, we were pleased to see the income disregard included in this year's budget. It is featured on page 254 of the Education, Labor, Family Assistance Article VII bill. You can read it by clicking here.
