As part of the PEER Academy, fellows will be asked to complete a capstone Labor Market Information (LMI) project using the skills they gained throughout the cohort. Capstone projects should answer a real and critical workforce/economic development question facing fellows’ region or organization and be something that will be used following the cohort to advance their work and impact.
