What is a site?
For a live webinar a site consists of a computer with Internet connection, one phone connection, and one session password. We recommend that you use the opportunity to share this presentation and training with multiple staff persons by setting the presentation up in a conference room and project it for all to view. With fixed cost pricing, each additional staff member at the same location lowers your per staff cost for professional training sessions.

Webinar Archive Recordings
Archived webinar recordings are available on CD-ROM. You will need a computer with a cd-rom drive, sound card, and speakers.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION Do I need any special programs to run a webinar?
You do not need to install special programs to participate in a NYATEP/WDN Webinar. Instructions on how to login will be sent to you prior to the event.

Will I receive copies of the presentation materials before or after the event?
Yes. Based on availability you will receive electronic copies of all presentation materials.

Recorded Session Materials
Presentation materials will be provided on the cd.

If I am unable to register for a live WDN Webinar, can I view the event at a later time?
Yes. NYATEP/WDN Webinars are recorded and available on CD so they are available for future reference. They can be found in the Archived Section or in the Online Store.

Can I download or copy a WDN Webinar?
No. All content and materials included in each WDN Webinar are the property of WDN and protected by United States copyright laws. All rights are reserved. Reproduction, redistribution, republication, rebroadcast, or other use is not permitted without express written consent of WDN.

How may I provide feedback?
Following a live event, participants are sent an online (zoomerang) evaluation form to complete.
WDN Webinar Archive customers may request an evaluation form by forwarding their name and mailing address to Matthew Relyea.
